Member applications are now open to EXISTING HOST AGENCY APPLICANTS ONLY! This includes any current Host Agency with wheeled assets from the Task Force. No applications from Sponsoring Agencies or new agencies will be accepted.

- EMT, Paramedic, RN, or MD/DO License
- Driver's License
- EMS Response to the Large-Scale Incident - Awareness*
- IS-100.C
- IS-200.C
- ICS-200.C Instructor Led*
- NIMS 700.B
- NIMS 800.D
- Hazmat Awareness
- Hazmat Operations or Hazmat EMS Operations*
