Training Module
|
The NJ EMS Task Force Training Module is more than just classroom time—it’s the engine that keeps our responders ready. Responsible for maintaining and tracking certifications across the Task Force, our Training Module delivers specialized courses tailored to both NJEMSTF members and the broader emergency services community. Whether it’s Ambulance Strike Team & Task Force Leader, EMS Response to Large-Scale Incidents, Staging Area Manager, or ICS Position-Specific training, our mission is to prepare teams for complex, high-pressure deployments.
Beyond operational readiness, the Training Module has become a national leader in responder wellness. We are proud to be one of the top providers of Mental Health Resilience Officer (MHRO) training, having trained over 250 MHROs in recent years. This crucial program equips EMS personnel with the tools to support their teams' mental health before, during, and after the mission—because resilience is just as vital as response. Our officers work tirelessly to develop, update, and deliver cutting-edge training across New Jersey and at conferences across the country. Every course taught, every certification tracked, and every responder trained represents our commitment to excellence and preparedness. Training isn't just part of our job—it's how we lead. |
